In this unprecedented time, when many of us have been negatively impacted, Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham wants to do something positive.

We have kept our entire team hired and paid. With less vehicles on the road we have some excess capacity in our workshop that we want to share. If you have been laid off, furloughed or have lost your job due to COVID-19 and you drive a vehicle we are equipped to work on, we will cover the labor at no cost to you. You simply pay for any parts needed and the sales tax.

We also want you to feel safe while you are with us. Each team member has been given ATSM Level-1 masks and gloves as well as other personal protection equipment. We use plastic coverings and take extreme sanitizing measures to ensure everything we touch is as clean as possible.

We appreciate how the Birmingham community has embraced us and helped us to be successful over the past 6 years. This offer is just one more way we are working to give back to our customers. We are confident that in the near future we will come through this stronger than before. Together.
