There are always a number of questions when it comes time to service your Mercedes-Benz vehicle. To better serve your needs Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham has compiled a list of frequently asked questions when servicing your vehicle. If we missed something please feel free to contact us as we are always happy to assist you.
You don’t have to schedule you’re A service, we recommend coming in Monday through Friday between 7am-4pm. If you want to come in on Saturday, we recommend coming in between 8am-2pm. This gives us adequate time to complete the service.
*Price advertised for Service A/Service B includes all factory-required components. Please refer to your maintenance booklet for the complete list of factory-required services and details on the specific intervals for your vehicle’s year and model. (Valid for MY09-newer).
On the day of your appointment, you pull into the service lane. A valet will greet you and ask for your name so they can locate your service adviser. If you have a loaner reservation, after checking in with your service adviser, you will be guided to the loaner office.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash, and Commercial Billing. Due to a change in company policy in June 2024, we no longer accept personal checks.
